These terms govern your use of GhostCue (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

GhostCue is a macOS application and companion website that transcribes your live interviews and suggests responses in real time. Features available to you depend on your plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Plans, billing and refunds

The Free plan is available at no cost. Pro is activated manually by us after you contact us — there is no automated card billing at this time. Plan entitlements (models, daily limits, history retention, screen Q&A) are described on the pricing page and may change.

Recording & consent — your responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to recording, transcribing, or processing conversations — including obtaining any consent required in your and the other participants' jurisdictions. Some regions require all parties to consent before an interview is recorded or transcribed. GhostCue is a tool; how you use it is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or violate anyone's rights;
• process conversations without the consent the law requires; or
• reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its API providers.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Deepgram, Anthropic, and Google) to function. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms, especially if you supply your own API keys.

Disclaimer

Suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are assistance, not advice — you are responsible for what you say in your interviews. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostCue is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
